Since it commenced trading in 2004 NP Teaching has been focused on working in partnership with schools to provide the highest standard of provision for education. NP Teaching believes that supply staff should contribute to the development and education of the children with whom they work. No matter how short the assignment may be, it is essential that supply staff add value to your team for the duration of their stay.

To facilitate this NP Teaching offers an ongoing training and support programme for all registered candidates. These training courses are designed and scheduled in line with key government initiatives. NP Teaching sees it as important to evolve and move with the times, varying the content of its courses to complement relevant and recent issues. The current focus is to deliver comprehensive training relating to the ‘Achievement for All’ initiative, which deals with the inclusion of SEN students within the mainstream setting. All applicants are encouraged to enroll on NP Teaching courses, on which they will receive the full support of a team of trainers and should, hopefully, earn a useful and recognized qualification awarded by the College of Teachers and supported by National Inspections.

It remains a priority for NP to ensure that it provides an up-to-date, informed and well-trained workforce - even for those odd cover lessons!

NP Teaching services are competitively priced and charged according to each teacher’s experience and specialist skills. Its rates include all costs and have been thoroughly researched. NP Teaching is therefore confident that it will not be beaten on price by a competing agency with a similar teacher to offer. Once NP Teaching receives a timesheet that has been signed by the school it will prepare an invoice. These invoices are then sent out on a weekly basis.
