Our service to schools includes the following, and can be tailored to suit your specific needs:
- We offer advice, followed by a prompt and efficient service on long term and permanent recruitment.
- Placement of teachers to the appropriate key stage or subject area.
- Teachers are trained in the National Literacy and Numeric strategies and are encouraged to keep up to date with changes in the curriculum.
- Basic requirements of a teacher includes the provision of materials appropriate to the age range they are to teach, they are also to mark any work completed and to leave the classroom as they found it. (applicable to primary work).
- We offer a rapid response on day-to-day bookings placed with short notice. There is also an out of hours support line, which will be monitored by a consultant.

NP are competitively priced and charge according to a teachers experience and specialist skills. Our rates include all costs and have been thoroughly researched, we are therefore confident that we will not be beaten on price by a competing agency with a similar teacher to offer. Once a timesheet has been received (signed by the school) we will prepare an invoice. These invoices are then sent out on a weekly basis.
